FIX & FLIP OR RENTAL

At Upsurge Capital, we are only interested in funding projects that will give you the best opportunity at realizing success. Therefore our criteria is centered around these 4 points:

Property Type: Residential 1-4 units (more if a commercial request)

Sale Price: After rehab sale price can’t exceed FHA Max for property location

Size of single family home: Max around 3,000 square feet with 5BR-3BA but variations are frequent

Property Size: Around 1/2 acre+-

Your credit score is not a major factor as all our loans are based on the asset values, however, a higher credit scores (680+), and down payment (20% or more) provides you more flexibility.
